The Company works with Medical Technology Companies and Medical Practices located both in the United States and Europe. 

Position: Assistant Brand Manager

The Assistant Brand Manager of Marketing reports to the Senior Director of Marketing Operations and is responsible for the day-to-day management of medical technology clients. This role requires the ability to manage projects from start to finish, earning the confidence of and developing a strong working rapport with coworkers and day-to-day client contacts.

Among others, projects may include:

  • Branding (Logos, brand guidelines, brochures, booth design etc.)
  • Websites & landing pages
  • Social Media Management & PR

  • Independent worker who can self-direct, solve problems, lead by example and manage expectations yet knows how to collaborate and motivate a team
  • Communicating with the account service team to keep the project aligned with their goals.
  • Documentation management and ability to use project management tools.
  • Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed.
  • Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
  • Proactive communication with people involved in the project—client and agency side, to ensure tasks will be completed on time
  • Competency in client service, strategic thinking, and integrated marketing communications
  • Willingness to find creative solutions and get the job done for the benefit of the team.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and how they are executed
  • Expertise in all the digital tools used to service clients.
  • Enthusiasm and a Be BOLD attitude with great customer service skills.

  • Know how to address clients' concerns creatively/quickly and share feedback with team members.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Undergraduate degree in Marketing or related field(s)

1-2 years of Marketing Experience

A Plus

  • Experience in Healthcare, medical technology, or the medical/health field
  • Experience in a Marketing Agency

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to read and write English fluently.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to work in the U.S.
