Responsibilities:
- You'll remain up-to-date with the latest emerging trends in marketing, technology, and the rapidly evolving MedTech industry.
- For each new client, you'll lead competitive intelligence and market research efforts, identifying market trends and customer needs to inform the development of effective marketing strategies.
- During each client onboarding phase, you'll work closely with the Team to craft tailored marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the client's unique scientific and business objectives.
- You'll work collaboratively with our talented creative team to ensure that all marketing materials created for each campaign, including sales collateral, print materials, digital content, and other marketing communication tools, effectively align with the strategic objectives and resonate with the target audience.
- You'll be responsible for organizing regular strategic alignment meetings with each client, during which you'll measure, validate, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using qualitative and quantitative data points. This data-driven approach will enable you to optimize and refine strategies, ensuring that our clients achieve their marketing objectives and receive the highest return on investment.
- As our Marketing Strategist, you'll play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships. By developing a deep understanding of our clients' needs and goals, you'll serve as a trusted long-term advisor.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, with a component in healthcare.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing inbound and outbound marketing strategies that deliver results.
- Strong analytical & presentation skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (graphics, web development, social media, public relations).
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation software.
- Knowledge of all digital marketing channels, such as social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively, with excellent organizational and time management skills – high level of emotional intelligence.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
