Job Overview:
As the Marketing Account Executive, you will serve as the primary point of contact between MedTech Momentum and our clients, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in developing strategic marketing plans for clients and executing those plans in collaboration with our team. This position combines strategic thinking and hands-on execution, representing a unique opportunity to impact the MedTech companies assigned to you significantly.
Responsibilities:
Strategic:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand consistency, increase awareness, and help the MedTech companies achieve their goals.
- Analyze market trends and sales metrics to inform decision-making.
- Manage projects from planning to deployment, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
- Foster long-lasting relationships with clients and leverage their feedback to improve our services continuously.
- Proactively identify innovative ideas to promote our client’s brands and products/services.
Tactical:
- Handle day-to-day activities for assigned clients.
- Organize and lead regular weekly meetings with clients.
- Thoroughly review and approve project briefings before sharing them with the creative teams.
- Effectively present and defend agency work/proposals to clients.
- Verify and endorse creative/production materials and coordinate client approval processes.
- Facilitate communication between clients and technical/design departments.
- Coordinate project timelines and execution with internal agency personnel.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and their implementation.
- Proficiency in digital tools, including Monday, Microsoft Office, Dropbox, HubSpot, Constant Contact, and MailChimp.
- Enthusiastic and customer-oriented, with a strong commitment to providing outstanding service.

Required Experience:
Undergraduate degree in Marketing or related field
Minimum of 7 years of marketing experience (including internships)
Experience in healthcare, medical technology, or the medical/health field
Additional Qualifications:
Proficiency in graphic design programs such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Lightroom, and Canva
