As our Creative Director, Mary champions function before finesse. With eight years of healthcare design experience, she’s made quite the mark in the industry. Mary played a key role in AdventHealth’s national rebrand. As the lead designer for both AdventHealth and Florida Medical Clinic, she also worked with names like the Tampa Bay Lightning and Tampa Bay Buccaneers on major campaigns and arena designs.
Before diving into healthcare, Mary worked as a commercial retoucher and photographer with top brands like Victoria’s Secret, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Fruit of the Loom.
When she’s not at work, Mary loves spending time with her husband, family, and their two fluffy pups, Lily and Serabi. For her, nothing beats a warm hug and some good food!
Director of Web Development
John is the Director of Web Development at MedTech Momentum and has been with the agency for the past 10 years.
With over 20 years of experience in web development, SEO, and UX, John has led the development of over 200 MedTech websites, making him a pivotal force in driving client success. His leadership and innovative approach ensure that websites serve as powerful marketing hubs, customized to meet the unique needs of each client.
John excels at guiding teams of web programmers and designers to deliver exceptional digital solutions that enhance user experience and achieve marketing goals. His deep expertise in SEO and online marketing, coupled with his clear communication of complex digital strategies, has been instrumental in the success of countless projects at MedTech Momentum. John cherishes the time spent with his family in Port Orange, Florida, where they reside.
Samantha “Sam” Feliz, Director of Communications at MedTech Momentum, has been with the company for nine years.
She leads the department responsible for developing and executing communication strategies, including social media management, public relations, and content creation for all MedTech Momentum companies. With a Master’s Degree in Psychology and over a decade of experience, Sam has worked with over 150 MedTech companies, including Intech, RTI, and Mazor Robotics (i.e. Now Medtronic), crafting impactful communication plans that align with business goals.
As a leader, she is proud to guide a team of marcom experts who excel in media relations and digital strategy, consistently delivering campaigns that exceed client expectations. Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time with her two sons, reading, and embracing mom life.
Cole Foley is a marketing professional specializing in lead generation and digital visibility strategy. As Lead Generation Manager at MedTech Momentum, he develops and implements targeted campaigns using both organic and paid content, consistently delivering robust lead acquisition and conversions.
His background in project management, SEO, and PPC enables him to combine technical skills with creative problem-solving, driving significant value for clients in the healthcare technology sector.
Beyond work, Cole enjoys an active lifestyle filled with camping, spearfishing, boating, and travel, reflecting his adventurous spirit and zest for life.
As our Senior Graphic Designer, Mel brings a passion for visual problem-solving and a keen eye for detail. Mel has over 15 years of extensive design experience spanning across diverse industries, such as hospitality, local government, academia, and healthcare.
While at Neocis, Mel was instrumental in creating and implementing the branding guidelines for the Yomi brand, the first and only FDA-cleared robot-assisted dental surgery system. Prior to her healthcare focus, Mel was the Lead Designer for Sandals & Beaches Resorts, where she had the opportunity to collaborate with company partners such as Sesame Street, Greg Norman, PADI, Real Madrid, and American Airlines.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Mel is a devoted Whovian and Star Wars fan, inspired by the iconic saga’s storytelling and visuals. She also enjoys time with her wife and is a loving cat mom to Marley, even if she sees her as the spare human.
As the Graphic Designer at MedTech Momentum, Yoha Brito blends over six years of versatile design experience with a passion for visual storytelling. With four years in the healthcare and Medical Technology industry, Yoha has mastered the art of rebranding and brand awareness campaigns, bringing MedTech brands closer to their audiences.
His background in print media and illustration allowed him to design visuals for large-scale events and national corporations. Yoha’s innovative approach and commitment to client satisfaction ensure every project aligns with brand values, creating memorable experiences worth sharing.
Beyond the corporate sphere, he has lent his talents to local non-profits like Clean the World Foundation and Foundation for Foster Children. Always exploring new creative avenues, Yoha is currently delving into lettering and traditional art media, constantly pushing the boundaries of his craft.
Traffic Manager
As our Traffic Manager, Lily steers the bustling flow of projects and ensures everything runs smoothly—think of her as the agency’s go-to problem-solver and the human equivalent of a Swiss Army knife! With a passion for organization and a knack for multitasking, her role involves a variety of responsibilities, from resource allocation to managing software platforms.
Whether it’s orchestrating internal project timelines or overseeing analytics reporting, Lily works to fit every piece of the MedTech Momentum puzzle together to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

As an Account Executive, Jessica brings a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset to all of her accounts. Her approach is results and client-focused, ensuring that the solutions we offer are always aligned with the evolving needs of the healthcare market.
Jessica is also our Business Development Executive. With a passion for forging strategic partnerships and driving growth, she thrives on creating opportunities that propel our company and our clients’ businesses forward.

Stevon Brown is a seasoned marketing professional with a strong track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies. His expertise spans both digital and traditional marketing, where he has consistently increased brand visibility and driven business growth.
As a Senior Account Executive at MedTech Momentum, Stevon excels in cross-functional collaboration, client relationship management, and strategic campaign development. He is skilled in leading creative teams, optimizing marketing budgets, and leveraging advanced marketing software.
Stevon’s proven ability to increase customer loyalty and drive measurable results, coupled with his passion for marketing, make him a valuable asset in the industry.
Andy Rock is a distinguished MedTech entrepreneur, inventor, senior executive, investor, public speaker, and advisor to management teams and BODs. He is one of the original co-founders of K2M Group Holdings, Inc., a leading spinal technology company acquired by Stryker for $1.4 billion in 2018. With three decades of experience, Andy has developed a unique set of technological and analytical skills in the medical field. His extensive US and international experience enables him to identify and capitalize on opportunities across multiple healthcare sectors.
In 2003, Andy co-founded NeuroSpine Ventures to support early-stage MedTech companies in developing and executing growth strategies, resulting in successful liquidity events. NeuroSpine Ventures has invested in nine startups, achieving six exits with ROIs ranging from 85% to 3,200%. Andy’s broad expertise offers a competitive advantage that MedTech Momentum clients can leverage for better decision-making.
Francisco Javier Perez, CFA, joins the MedTech Momentum Advisory Board with years of extensive experience in healthcare investment banking, investment management, and financial services. He currently serves as the managing director and chief operating officer for the investment bank Commenda, Inc. as well as the principal for Commenda Securities, LLC.
In addition to his roles at Commenda, Javier is a portfolio specialist at Skyview Investment Advisors, where he is actively involved in alternative and venture investments as well as managing investment portfolios on behalf of healthcare clients.
Javier’s passion is in helping build and fund businesses and teams in the healthcare innovation space, with the goal of making sure much-needed innovations make it to patients successfully. This is precisely what most MedTech Momentum clients are looking for.
As founder and president of Hyperjax Biomedical Technologies, Leonel Dominguez brings 35 years of technical leadership to the MedTech Momentum Advisory Board. With extensive experience in commercial product development, intellectual property, quality, and regulatory affairs, he has worked with major medical device organizations like Medtronic-Xomed, Smith & Nephew, and Scient’x USA. Leonel has assisted over 50 clients in designing and launching hundreds of medical products.
Throughout his career, Leonel has honed the technical, analytical, and managerial skills needed to take medical devices from initial concepts to full commercialization. His work spans multiple specialties, including orthopedics, spine, trauma, head and neck, extremity, robotic-assisted, and micro-endoscopic surgery.
As the market evolves, Leonel has developed expertise in rapid prototyping, 3-D printing, and manufacturing. His broad technical knowledge provides a valuable resource that MedTech Momentum clients can leverage for their benefit.
Based in France, Mathieu Charleux possesses almost 2 decades of experience developing MedTech organizations in Europe and around the world. He specializes in helping MedTech Companies of all sizes grow profitably internationally. Mathieu provides MedTech companies with actionable insights, guidance, and tools that enable faster, smarter decisions and stronger performance on all affairs relating to business development, international regulatory compliance, and operations.
Mathieu is a strategic thinker and entrepreneur (co-founder of MD101, MDxp, Hirondelle Medical, EMT), who also acts as a key advisor to multiple medical device companies around the world. His track record in building value for medical device start-ups and mid-size companies in an international environment is a major asset available to MedTech Momentum’s clients.
